PURPOSE AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Trureal uses your personal information in full compliance with applicable privacy legislation. The personal information provided by you upon registration as a Trureal Cardholder will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations to you and for administering the Trureal GSN program. We will use your personal information in order to:
- administer the Trureal GSN program
- communicate with you and to respond to any questions or requests for information that you may make
- verify your identity, manage, develop and improve our business operations
- enable you to access your personal dashboard section on the Trureal Website
- process your inquiries
- allow Trureal GSN Merchants to provide services to you (at your request)
- protect us from error, breach of contract, negligence, detect and prevent fraud
- enforce our legal rights, and make our services available to you.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may disclose personal information in response to a subpoena, warrant or other court order, or when we believe in good faith that a law, regulation, subpoena, warrant or other court order requires it or authorizes us to do so or to respond to an emergency situation.
If we have your separate consent to do so, we will disclose your personal information to Trureal GSN Merchants to let you know about any sales and specials that our GSN Merchants are offering. We do not sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to third party marketers. We may, however, disclose your personal information to subcontractors or service providers who help maintain or improve our Website or assist us with fulfilling our commitments to Cardholders or facilitating our communications with them. We use certain service providers to assist us with communications with our Members and the administration of our online presence. We carefully select these service providers who have undertaken to use personal information solely for the intended purpose pursuant to our agreements with those service providers.
